Been going here for months. Black card member. Really not happy with getting turned away to tan tonight at 6:43 "because they already have a line and they can't put anyone in a bed past 6:45". God forbid they have to stay 5 minutes late. If I'm in before the cut off I should be allowed to tan. It's a service I pay for. Especially since after they close on the weekends I often see their employees stay and work out after. It's bad customer service and doesn't make for happy members.
